Interface for the PBUS for the integration of up to 4 tank sensors. Connection via pluggable screw terminals.
The Philippi CMT interface is required to integrate tanks or tank sensors in the P-BUS network. It provides independent measurement of up to 4 different tank sensors and makes this information available to the P-BUS. The parameters such as sensor type, tank size, tank characteristic, alarm level, ...) are set via the Philippi PSM system monitor.
MANY FUELERS CONNECTABLE
Different tank sensors (also mixed) can be connected.
suitable tank sensors from p. 40:
- tank sensor 10-180 ohm (tGW / tGt)
- tank sensor 240-33 ohm
- tank sensor 0-300 ohm (free input)
- tank sensor 4-20 mA (tDS)
- Ultrasonic tank sensor 0.5-2.5 V (UtV)
- Ultrasonic tank sensor free adjustment of tank depth (UtV 40 / 80)
- tank sensor 0-5 V (0-10 V hardware adaptation necessary)
- Flow sensors DFS
- tank sensor 0-1 (trS 130 / rSW)
DISPLAY IN ABSOLUTE OR PERCENT
By touching any tank, the display can be switched between %, litre or without unit. After filling, the tank content can be adjusted by pressing and holding with the flow sensor Philippi DFS connected.
CONFIGURATION OF THE DISPLAY
The following settings are available for each connected tank sensor in the setup of the Philippi PSM: designation, location, sensor type, compensation, tank volume, alarm threshold, alarm duration available
ADAPTATION TO TANK GEOMETRY
For non-rectangular tanks, the level indicator can be adapted to the tank geometry via a correction value (compensation). For very bulky tanks, the values for 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% can be freely entered to adapt the display to the tank.
INTEGRATION OF A WATERMAKER
By means of 2 flow sensors Philippi DFS the water consumption as well as the production (watermaker) for a water tank can be determined and displayed.
