LIONTRON® LifePO4 batteries are a full 12V lead-acid battery replacement with all the benefits of lithium iron phosphate with full integrated BMS and Bluetooth monitoring. It offers a significant weight reduction, enormous energy reserves and stable voltage even under extreme loads.

The memory was specially developed to replace lead batteries "one-to-one" and to fully meet the high demands placed on a memory battery today.

High capacity, fast charge absorption, low weight and at least three times as many charge cycles as a good lead acid battery - lithium iron phosphate batteries are ideal consumer batteries on board. Especially since voltage and installation dimensions are compatible with lead-acid batteries.

The unique LIONTRON® lithium batteries are housed in a sturdy plastic housing that can be opened. In addition, the internal structure of the batteries is modular. Defective cells or cell blocks can therefore be easily replaced. The same applies to the main board with battery monitoring, which can also be easily replaced. Even the integrated Bluetooth module can be replaced.

The LIONTRON® lithium batteries are fully compatible with lead-acid batteries and can be charged without modifications using the existing charging technology. A so-called charging booster or battery-to-battery charger (B2B charger) is only recommended for the alternator.

Bluetooth monitoring - battery status always in view

With built-in Bluetooth 4.0 monitoring, you have all the important battery data at your fingertips on your smartphone or tablet. Among other things, the app displays the following data in real time:

Safest Lithium Technology - Absolutely Intrinsically Safe

Our batteries are based on lithium iron phosphate technology (LiFePO4). This is currently the safest lithium technology. Each battery consists of a highly efficient lithium iron phosphate (LiFePo4) accumulator and an integrated battery management system (BMS).
This constantly monitors the status of the individual cells and protects them against overcharging, overvoltage and overtemperature, among other things. Early failure of the storage tank due to environmental influences or incorrect use is prevented by the BMS in advance.

The new LIONTRON LX with Arctic upgrade is the first LiFePO4 battery that can be charged and discharged at ambient temperatures down to -30°C without any restrictions.

The Arctic Upgrade can be retrofitted without any problems. Already purchased LIONTRON batteries of the LX series can also be upgraded.

This makes it the ideal choice for motorhomes, caravans and campers. Especially when travelling in cooler climates or installing the battery in the unheated part of the vehicle, e.g. in the battery compartment.

The system consists of two energy-efficient heating elements, controlled fully automatically by the BMS, which constantly bring the cell temperature above the freezing point by means of the charging current, thus ensuring maximum charging and discharging performance even at extreme temperatures.
