Specially for NEXUS-Replacements!
The Garmin GNX Wireless Sail package includes all the equipment needed to know what wind and water are all about Garmin GNX wind instrument
The Garmin GNX Wind gives you the wind data you need to make informed decisions. The glass composite monochrome LCD with backlight is easy to read and the background colors are customizable. The Garmin GNX Wind also connects via the NMEA 2000 network, displaying two data fields and a digital wind rose to simultaneously display true and apparent wind data, steering assistance, boat speed, and more. The low power consumption of 350 mW during the day (without backlight) and 400 mW at night (with medium backlight) is perfect for sailors. Fully customizable user settings allow you to use your preferred page layout. Display configurations contain more than 15 key marine parameters for wind, speed, and navigation. The device can even use the ANT® technology to wirelessly connect to a quatix® 3 GPS Marine Smartwatch to send data directly to the device on the wrist.
Garmin gWind Wireless 2 encoder
You do not want to run cables through poles up to 15m (50ft) in length? We have the solution: the gWind Wireless 2, which can be installed in no time. Accurate wind signals are sent via an ANT connection directly to a Garmin GNX Wind instrument or a compatible Garmin GPSMAP® chartplotter. The encoder offers the well-known Nexus twin-fin technology with three-bladed propeller. The result? Accurate data for wind speed and stable angle measurement even in low wind Garmin GNX 20 marine instrument
The Garmin GNX 20 features a readable display that displays black numbers on a white or colored background. This allows you to easily read water depth, vessel speed, water temperature and more than 50 marine and vessel parameters via the NMEA 2000 network. Customizable user settings allow you to choose from 5 different display configurations for sailboats or motorboats: one, two and three functions, as well as display and graphics modes for displaying wind, depth and speed data. Alternatively, adjust the pages to see the most important marine and ship data. The glare-free glass composite display offers excellent daytime and nighttime readability and the high-contrast digits can be scaled up to 36 mm. The device has a power consumption of only 25 mA at 350 mW during the day and without backlight, at night with a medium backlight at only 400 mW Garmin DST800 smart encoder for breakthrough mounting
The Garmin DST800 encoder provides data on water depth, water speed, and water temperature to the NMEA 2000 network. The depth of the 100 watt encoder is 100 m (330 feet).
