Quicksilver - Motor boats and dinghies since 1971
Quicksilver: When Mercury Marine USA, as the daughter company of the Brunswick Corporation, decided to build its first European production site in Petit-Rechain, Belgium, its goal was first and foremost to improve the transportation and distribution of its motors in Europe. Success followed and in the late 70s and the 80s further branches were set up in various European countries. In 1991 the new brand Quicksilver Inflatables was introduced, and in 1993 Quicksilver Fiberglass followed, which brand name later included Quicksilver's aluminium boats as well.
Quicksilver - Motor yachts for beginners
The concept behind the different Quicksilver models is versatility and ease of handling - among water sports enthusiasts beginners are catered for too. Here safety, comfort and not least an unbeatable Quicksilver price-performance ratio play an important role. With this philosophy Quicksilver occupies a substantial segment of the motorboat market and is a successful part of Brunswick Marine, the leading brand globally for sports boats and boat motors.
Quicksilver's best known models are Adventure, Commander, Cruiser, Heavy Duty, Sport and Weekend.
