Get Optimist training sail with boatoon.com's "Youth On Board" campaign for just 79 €
Berlin, January 10th, 2012: In cooperation with the Beilken sail manufacturer, the boatoon.com Berlin boat portal is offering Optimist training sails in its online shop at a 66% discount - for just 79 Euros. The boat portal's offer is helping to support not only young sailors themselves but their sponsors as well - the sailing clubs and associations, schools or the parents in sourcing high quality training materials at low prices.
Under the motto "Youth On Board" boatoon.com is bringing fresh wind into young people's sails. boatoon.com is now cooperating with the Beilken sail manufacturer in order to realize the motto "Youth On Board." Together they are offering the Optimist training sail at a 66% discount in the boatoon.com online-shop. The sails are available for just 79 Euros a limited period until 15th February 2012, postage and packaging free within Germany.
The Optimist is the entry class boat for all children and youths starting out as a single handed sailor and is therefore in high demand from clubs and sailing schools. But the Optimist is also an internationally recognized class in which the sailing stars of tomorrow make their mark in world and European championships, often with around 500 participants. In many cases the Optimist acts as a springboard to the Olympic singlehanded Laser dinghy. Training in an Optimist is the basis of all sailing and the sailing industry.
This is boatoon.com's third year of supporting the next generation of sailors. In 2010 and 2011 the company took up the flag with this ambitious aim. The Berlin based company was able to offer the Laser Bug and various sailing courses at low prices with help of their partners.
